Leopard Errata for V1.4
There is a bug when running Version 1.4 of the widget under Leopard that will give you authentication errors. Thankfully there is a simple work around until I managed to get the widget updated. Follow these steps and you won’t have any problems:
- Switch to the back of the widget
- Enter your username
- Press <Tab>
- Enter your password
- Press <Tab> <– this is the important bit
- Switch to the front of the widget.
The widget should now work as advertised.
The widget is based on Paul Johnson’s Konfabulator widget (http://www.hillmanminx.net/usagemeter/). Code and images from Paul’s widget are used with permission.
